The Heat is about an uptight FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn (Sandra Bullock, presumably channelling her Miss Congeniality gene) and a foul-mouthed Boston cop Shannon Mullins (Melissa McCarthy, no way playing a foul mouthed funny girl?
